Sam serve as the Founder & Managing Principal of Aixin Insurance Services Inc. and Managing General Agent for AIG Partners Group & IMO-BGA for AIG Annuity. Sam has been the Managing Director for AIG and joined in 2003 and has over 20 years of experience in the life insurance and financial services industries. Having worked with MetLife as Agency Director with MetLife's #1 firm in City of Industry, California and Morgan Stanley & Co as Financial Advisor prior to AIG. Sam is committed to building a firm that is agent-centric and customer-focused, and providing attractive career opportunities in insurance sales and management to well-qualified individuals. Sam also has won numerous company and industry awards throughout his highly-accomplished career spans more than two decades.
In 2012-2013, Sam assisted AIG on the preparation and launch of the very first AIG-PICC join venture office in Beijing, China. He was involved in assisting the JV with comprehensive training videos, as well as the implementation of the career distribution channel model. Sam was the honorary speaker for the AIG-PICC join venture during subsequent country visits.
Sam earned his Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the prestigious Ivy League's Columbia University in the City of New York and received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach with honors.
Kurman started his distinguish life insurance career with MetLife Financial Services more than 30 years ago. He has been promoted to management ranks during his tenure with MetLife, and subsequently as the Senior Agency Director with AIG., and now Managing Director with Aixin leading our new Monterey Park office. As a personal producer, he has qualified for MDRT many times, and has received numerous management awards with AIG and number of industry awards as well - including the prestigious AIG management ring, GAMA's top quality award, and annual AIG conference qualifier. Kurman has received his Master's degree from University of Michigan.
Rosa started her insurance career with AIG more than 8 years ago. Rosa has been consistently ranked as one of the very top Senior Financial Representative in the entire AIG's career distribution channel. Rosa has won the AIG annual conference every year since her joining AIG, and qualified for MDRT many times. Rosa brings wealth of sales and leadership experience to her current role as an Agency Director in recruiting, developing, training, and leading her team of financial professionals. Rosa received her Bachelor's degree from the Beijing Second Foreign Language University, China.
CoCo started her insurance career more than 3 years ago with AIG. She is highly regarded as one of the very top-ranked Senior Financial Representative in the entire AIG's career distribution channel, and also a MDRT qualifier. She has also qualified for many AIG sales awards through out her successful AIG career. CoCo consistently excel in growing her client base by providing professional and personalized solutions. In her current role, she is also responsible to build and grow her team of financial professionals. CoCo has received her Master's degree in Business from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China.
Johnny has more than 20 years of life insurance sales experience across both career and independent distribution channels. Johnny is originally from Hong Kong and has built a well-established sales team to fulfill and meet the needs of the growing client base here at Aixin Insurance Services Inc. As an Agency Director, Johnny is responsible to providing the guidance and organic growth of his team. Johnny has also received numerous company and industry awards throughout his life insurance career. His passion and commitment to his team are paramount in his industry success.
Cindy has started her successful life insurance career back in 1997 with New York Life Insurance Company. In the past 23+ years, she has been a Financial Rep, as well as held several management positions with AIG (American International Group), and TransAmerica Agency networks. She has develop many associates throughout the years whom later became very successful in the industry. Cindy is currently the Co-Agency Director at Aixn and working hand-in-hand with Mr. Johnny Tang - Agency Director to build and support a team of professional financial reps. Cindy is also extremely involved with her community with tremendous passion to help others.
Ocean has over 7 years of industry experience and begins her career with AIG as a Financial Rep, and subsequently promoted to Senior Financial Rep, and now an Agency Director. Ocean has been consistently ranked as one of the very top SFR in the industry. Her profound product knowledge and personalized consultative approach with her clients have made tremendous impact to hundreds of her customers. Ocean is in the process of building her team to service our customers across spectrum of insurance and retirement needs. Ocean has received her Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Denver, Colorado with distinction.
Yen has over 10 years of life insurance, risk management, and retirement planning experiences. Yen is a veteran of AIG and has a track record of exceptional success in her role as Financial Representative. Yen is also extremely active in her communities with volunteer works and community outreach assistance and various support programs. She is in the process of building her sales team to better serving the Vietnamese communities. Ms. Pham is the graduate from California State University at East Bay. She received her B.S. in Business Administration with a emphasis in Human Resources Management.
Armi started her successful career in the life insurance industry 5 years ago. Armi is currently the Agency Director for Aixin Insurance Services Inc. She was promoted to the role after her success in the industry with tremendous passion to grow her team, and inspired by the "Living Benefit" products to build her life insurance practice. Armi has receive many awards with various companies, and she is a dynamic leader whom is able to build her team across States with passion and focus. Armi received her doctoral degree in medicine (MD) from Far Eastern University, Philippines. And she left her medical practice in Internal Medicine when she migrated to the USA in 1997.
Trang started her career in the life insurance industry was with AIG as the Marketing Support Specialist more than 9 years ago with increased responsibilities. Trang brings tremendous and deep knowledge in general office operations, case management, customer services, and technology support to the company. She is the back-bone of our Aixin team as we are continuing to build a company that is agent-centric and customer-focused. Trang has received her Bachelor's degree in English Linguistic & Literature from Lac Hong University, Vietnam.
Juliana is currently the controller for Aixin Insurance Services Inc. She oversees the entire financial infrastructure for Aixin. She has previously been the Controller for one of the largest privately-held company in its respective industry, and overseas the entire financial functions, including financial modeling/forecasting, line-of-credit management, accounting team supervising, annual tax preparation & audit, compensation... etc. Ms. Ng was the only one of two individuals whom has received the full-ride scholarship from Hang Seng Bank in Hong Kong to pursuit her Bachelors degree in University of Hull, England. She subsequently graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance/accounting with honors.
